Ya cambio

Lo mas importante para usuarios que vuelven despues de unos dias.

App navigation shell

May 2026

live

Core app pages now share grouped navigation instead of one-off headers and inline dashboard links.

  • Dashboard, planner, recipes, modules and Health Connect use the same shell.
  • The active page is marked with aria-current for accessibility.
  • Plan, Health, Medical and System groups make routes easier to scan.

Health Connect bridge

Android Health Connect now feeds steps, sleep, HR, HRV, weight and workouts into MealOS.

  • Secure bridge tokens per device.
  • Daily table for the latest biometric snapshots.
  • Workout list wired into the same health timeline.

Weekly planner

May 2026

live

The planner can save weeks, regenerate menus, lock meals, swap recipes and duplicate older weeks.

  • Recipes ranked by profile fit and kitchen constraints.
  • Shopping lines mapped to available providers.
  • History view for saved meal weeks.

Home recipes

May 2026

live

Custom recipes now show scoring reasons, required equipment, ingredients and recipe-specific shopping links.

  • Profile score makes recipe tradeoffs visible.
  • Thermomix, grill and store preferences are first-class signals.
  • Ingredient detail and steps live in one focused view.

Medical document tools

May 2026

pro

Biomarker, radiology and dermatology modules turn uploaded reports and images into structured review surfaces.

  • Blood, urine, hormone and genetic panels become queryable values.
  • Rediag supports DEXA, X-ray, MRI, CT and ultrasound pre-reads.
  • Dermatrack keeps mole scans and risk signals over time.

Modules and encrypted config

May 2026

live

Feature packs can be enabled per tenant, with sensitive values stored outside the browser.

  • Secret fields are written once and never read back by the frontend.
  • Free and Pro module boundaries are visible.
  • Reports, wearables, court booking and partner cards are configurable.

Como mejorar

Ordenado por impacto: primero claridad del producto, despues confianza operacional.

P0

Make What's New data-driven

This page is useful now, but it is still static. The next version should read from a small changelog model.

Next step: Add a typed changelog source with date, status, module, owner, user-facing copy and optional route link.

P2

Roll the app shell across specialist pages

The core pages are aligned now; medical, settings, onboarding and billing pages still use one-off headers.

Next step: Adopt the shared AppHeader or a lighter PageHeader variant on specialist pages when their workflows are touched.

P1

Show data freshness everywhere

Health, digest, recipes and planner views should always say when their data was last synced or generated.

Next step: Standardize a small freshness component and use it in dashboard cards, Health Connect, planner and reports.

P1

Tighten empty and error states

Several pages fall back to plain loading or raw errors. That is fast to build, but it hides the next best action.

Next step: Give each major page a helpful empty state with a clear route to connect data, configure modules or retry.

P2

Turn improvements into visible product promises

Some strong capabilities are buried in modules. Users should see why enabling each one improves the daily digest.

Next step: Add short outcome copy to module cards, for example what new digest card or recommendation appears after setup.
